Four items.
Missing any one means no race pack.
1 · Original ID document
The document you submitted at registration, for example an ID card, passport or Hong Kong/Macau travel permit.
2 · Personal accident insurance
The organiser has bought personal accident and public liability cover for runners. It is valid on race day only (from race check-in until you leave after finishing) and only pays for incidents caused by race organisation or management, plus related legal disputes.
You must also hold your own policy, from any provider, covering the whole event from pickup day to the end of the race. It must include:
- Death and disability cover for accidental injury and sudden illness, explicitly covering sudden death, heat stroke, hypothermia and similar extreme-exercise risks, with reimbursement of medical treatment costs.
- Death/disability sum insured of at least CNY 500,000.
- Accident medical and sudden-illness medical cover of at least CNY 30,000 per claim.
The organiser recommends a policy covering outdoor sports below 6,000 m. Several runners have had accidents travelling to the venue or while checking the course in previous years, so it strongly recommends including your travel to and from the event.
3 · Medical certificate
A health-check report from a Grade 2A (or higher) hospital, issued between 5 Nov 2025 and 4 Nov 2026, including at least an ECG.
- Uploaded online by 28 Oct 2026? You do not need to carry it.
- Not uploaded yet? Use the organiser's WeChat mini-program (QR code in the official notice ↗).
- If your report fails, the organiser contacts you. No message means it passed.
4 · Mandatory equipment
Everything on the list for your category. See the table on the overview page.
Checked at pickup
and again on the course.
- Full mandatory-equipment check at pickup. A missing item means no race pack.
- Further checks on race day at CP3 Wuse Mountain, CP5 Wuye Abalang, and CP14 Xiagan Haizi (runners leaving CP14 after 17:00). A missing item can stop you racing and cancel your result.
- A portable trash bag is already in your race pack. You do not need to bring one to pickup, but you must carry it for the whole race.
- The organiser may add mandatory items after the pre-race weather report. Updates are published on the official WeChat account.
100K: drop bags
100K runners receive a change bag in addition to the race pack. At check-in and bag drop at the main venue you can leave:

Change bag
Trucked to CP5 Wuye Abalang. Fit the small “change bag” bib sticker supplied by the organiser. It moves on to the finish one hour after that checkpoint's cut-off.
CNY 500 deposit
for 45K, 50K, 70K and 100K.
- You can pay the deposit in advance through the organiser's WeChat mini-program (QR code in the official notice ↗). Show the payment receipt at pickup to collect your tracker.
- Return the tracker at the main venue after the race. The deposit is refunded to the original payment method once the device has been received.
