04 / Training advice

Prepare for changing surfaces.

The Ninghai course offers a diverse range of terrain and frequent changes in surface, which can reduce visual and mental fatigue. It also includes technically demanding uphill and downhill sections. Add regular mountain training to your routine, learn your individual fueling and hydration needs, minimize time spent at refreshment stations, and target the technical weaknesses that matter most to you.
